Who I am

This website belongs to Dr Nayana Sawant BDS (GDC no. 301371). I am responsible for the personal information you send through the enquiry form on this site. You can contact me at nayanasawantdentistry@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you’re interested in and your message. Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, because you have asked me to. I will not use them for marketing or share them with anyone else, except the dental practice where your consultation is booked.

Where it’s stored

Enquiries are stored securely by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and sent to my email inbox. These providers may store data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long I keep it

If you don’t go ahead with a consultation, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a patient, your records are kept by the practice in line with NHS and professional record-keeping rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing me. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
